Doch was ist Cloud Computing überhaupt? Was bringt es einem Unternehmen und dem Anwender? Und welche Risiken birgt es in sich? Dies bezüglich soll zunächst auf den Begriff des Cloud Computings und seine Definitionsproblematik näher eingegangen werden. Anschließend werden die verschiedenen Ebenen von Cloud Services näher betrachtet, bevor dann die Vor- und Nachteile von Cloud Computing aus Unternehmens- und Anwendersicht aufgezeigt werden. Um das Thema abzurunden und transparenter zu machen, wird danach noch auf die Anbieter und Beispiele von Cloud Services eingegangen.
