Ao intitular a presente dissertação como “A Origem Genética Como Direito Fundamental”, o compromisso com a cidadania foi acentuada com a vinculação filiatória tratada sob a perspectiva da ampliação desse direito para comportar o direito à identidade genética pelo filho adotivo. Em seguida, atendendo à linha de pesquisa, a cidadania apresentar-se-á como mecanismo hábil à ampliação dos direitos fundamentais, encampando o direito à origem genética e a sua perspectiva sob o formato coletivo expresso pelos direitos metaindividuais. Em detalhamento, o direito à ancestralidade bem posiciona o direito à identidade genética como temática de direito familial a ser encampado como direito fundamental, estampada a necessidade de trazer a definição do instituto, bem como todos os liames teóricos ligados a ele. Sob o manto da dignidade da pessoa humana, afastou-se a postura cruel de negação de busca pela família biológica, alinhando o direito à origem genética entre os demais direitos fundamentais
