Als meine Vorstandskollegen und ich die Copyfix AG zum 01.01.2000 übernahmen, wies das Unternehmen mit seinem Schwarz-Weiß-Kopierer Copy 1 einen Umsatz von 129 Millionen € aus. Das Unternehmen bestehend aus 1204 Mitarbeitern erzielte ein Betriebsergebnis von 10,36 Millionen € und einen Jahresüberschuss nach Steuern von 4,60 Millionen €. Dem Eigenkapital von 32,6 Millionen € standen Verbindlichkeiten von 13,6 Millionen € gegenüber. Der Cashflow betrug 13,6 Millionen €.
Die Copyfix AG erwirtschaftete ähnliche Ergebnisse und Marktanteile wie seine 4 Wettbewerber.
Im Folgenden werden die Wirtschaftsperioden 1 bis 3 kurz zusammengefasst und die Perioden 4 bis 6 mit ihren Zielen, Maßnahmen und Ergebnissen erläutert. Es wird ein Ausblick gegeben was in den Perioden 7 bis 9 zu unternehmen ist um die Copyfix AG erfolgreich weiterzuführen. Anschließend wird kurz die Entwicklung der Shareholder Earnings und des Unternehmenswertes dargestellt. Ein Fazit rundet den Konzernbericht ab.
