In dieser Abhandlung gibt der Autor am Beispiel des LDG NRW zunächst einen Überblick und erläutert die rechtlichen Voraussetzungen für die Einleitung eines Disziplinarverfahrens. Dann schildert er den weiteren Ablauf eines behördlichen Disziplinarverfahrens unter Berücksichtigung der Ermittlungen, der Wahrheitspflicht und dem Verhältnis zum Strafverfahren. Anschließend erläutert er die Beweiserhebung, Observation und Akteneinsicht. Schlussendlich stellt er den Abschluss der Ermittlungen dar und erläutert insbesondere die Disziplinarklage und die Begleitmaßnahmen im behördlichen Disziplinarverfahren, wie z.B. die vorläufige Dienstenthebung und das Verbot, die Dienstgeschäfte zu führen.
